How to check your order status
We make every effort to ship your orders in a timely fashion. Please remember that if you have placed an order that required us to source your product from the manufacturer's Canadian warehouse (a special order), it will take 2 to 3 weeks to deliver to your doorstep. Other than that, most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days, and you will receive it in another 2 to 3 days most anywhere in Canada. Of course, there are exceptions to this, but if you live in Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, or in the remote north of Vancouver Island, you already know that.
When should you email us about the status of your order?
When your order ships, you will receive an automatic notification with a Canada Post tracking code. If you have not received a tracking code, that means your order has not yet shipped.
Please contact us about your order status only if:- You would like to make a change to your order.
- You placed a special order and you have not received a Canada Post tracking code within 14 business days.
- You placed an order for items we had on-hand in our Calgary warehouse, and you have not received a Canada Post tracking code within 3 business days.
- You received your Canada Post tracking code and you have not received your parcel within a timely fashion.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. As we grow we are continually putting more effort into our operations and customer service and we will do our best to serve you. Also, please remember that we can not guarantee delivery by a particular date.
