Returns & Exchanges

In the case that you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer you a full refund or exchange if the goods are returned to LiveOutThere.com within 60 days of purchase.

1. • All returned items must be in original packaging with tags.
2. • The total amount of the purchase will be refunded, except for the shipping fees, for which you will be responsible if you decide to send the order back to us.
3. • If we shipped you the wrong item or if the item is found to be defective, we will gladly incur related shipping charges, including the cost for return shipping and shipping the correct item to you.
4. • If the item is returned without its original packaging or in a different condition than when we shipped it, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct an amount from the total cost of the item.

Shipping

All of our items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel™. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

3. • Shipping on orders of less than $100 is a flat $15.00 anywhere in Canada
